+･···As the artist, I have full rights to the art/model, which means the rights to publish it on social media, include it in my portfolio, and use it as examples for commission preview (unless discussed with the client).+･···The Live2D commissions are with the commercial license, meaning you own the full rights to the art/model. You may use it for any commercial use in any form of content creation.+･···For illustrations: the artwork is for PERSONAL/PRIVATE USE. Unless discussed with the client, the art is not to be used for commercial purposes (such as prints, keychains, etc). Personal examples are an icon, wallpaper, banner, etc (with credit).+･···You are NOT allowed to claim my art as your own, edit it heavily, trace, copy, or remove the watermark. You must credit me as artist/rigger (if I rigged the model) @krinuts, with a link to my social media (X/twitter or this page).+･···I will NOT work on stolen designs + characters, offensive + hateful content, or lewd artwork of minors + characters that look like minors. I have every right to decline a commission if I am not comfortable or not able to work on it.

+･···Prices are in USD.+･···I only take payment directly through PayPal. I am comfortable with doing weekly/monthly payments. HOWEVER, base payment of minimum 50% of the commission must be paid upfront before I begin any work.+･···I may request extra payment if the art/model/rig is more complex (depending on the design). You may DM me before setting the deposit for an estimated quote.+･···Changes for art are allowed during the sketching process. Afterwards, I will send updates in this order: lineart, base color, rendered, final details, and then finished model.+･···I do not allow chargebacks/PayPal disputes.
